people and impoverished reform legislation that alleviates poverty as envisioned by the U.N. Millenium

Therefore be it resolved that the Democratic Party is opposed to the Supreme Court ruling in the case of
Citizens United as a corruption of our democratic electoral process, and to use all legal means to
counteract  this decision, in order to preserve the integrity of our free elections, and the value of each
individual voice and vote.

Don't Tell",  allow gay men and lesbian women to serve openly in the armed forces of the United State and

Let it be resolved that the Democratic Party of Bernalillo County calls for a special session of the
Legislature to be called as soon as possible to repeal the income tax cuts that were enacted in 2003, to tax
businesses not organized in New Mexico in the same manner as all local run businesses, and follow the
rest of recommendations of the New Mexico Fiscal Policy Project of New Mexico Voices for Children.
